I just take tylenol. Not sure if that has any interaction with those drugs. What have your BG levels been the past few days? High levels can cause massive headaches and the only way to get those down is by lowering the BG to normal.

I've been on glyburide and metformin while taking tylenol for a headache. I did not have any ill effects myself. I do not remember if it had affected my bg levels or not.

While I've only been on what is the second try at finding the right oral med for me for three weeks now, I've been blessed w/a healthy functioning kidney transplant since December 1993 and was on dialysis for nearly two years before that. During those two years, after I recieved my transplant and even now being on metformin on a low dose, my kidney specialist told me Tylenol is fine.

Considering the amount of meds I'm on, and that happens to be a pretty low amount too thankfully, if I can take Tylenol w/no problems, you should be able to as well. :)

I hope the headaches go away. It is early spring, at least here in North America and Europe it is. Could the amount of pollen in the air at the moment have anything to do w/your headaches? It's still been pretty early Spring cool-lish warm in the area of Ontario I'm in, but my friends and family that are in Toronto/Southern Ontario where they've having a very warm to hot late April/early May say this has been the worst year for allergies/migraines in a very long time.

Just a thought. I hope they go away for you and soon!!

Aspirin is fine to take. On the recommendation of my pharmacist, for anything that Aspirin can't cope with I take Co-Codamol, which is a Codeine/Paracetamol mix - it also costs very little.
