Those dates have an average high of 100 degrees and a low at night of about 75 degrees. Personally, still not that bad to me.

I am 98% sure I can make any date with 2 months notice. Just tell me when and I'll be there.

Can you set a deadline Kev for when the date must be locked so we can all start booking travel and hotels? The sooner, the cheaper.

Get people on here to post their weeks and then I'll set the date in stone. Or take the top 3 dates or something and put them in a poll. But right now, only 10 have posted in here their dates available, I'd like about 25 before going a step further. So PM and persuade others to post their available dates.

How about we give everyone until the 30th of the month. If they can't be bothered to respond by then, they aren't all that interested in participating. That's 5 more days.

Good idea. Can a moderator Sticky this till the end of the month? And Bold and Color it as well, wait, this forum doesn't have that, but a sticky for a few days would be nice to make it more noticable.

Sandi does make a good point, and I still think Jedi's idea of posting a poll on the (3, perhaps) top "agreed upon" dates will work in everyone's best interest (however, that poll should probably Not be multiple choice - it should be the week/date(s) that would work best for the individual)...Also, making the poll public will help in the event people who live nearby to one another want to carpool or something. Just some ideas again...

I'll sticky the thread in a minute.

I think that's what blew the polls before is multiple choice and not seeing the votes public. He got alot of response but we didn't know who voted for what.

Why does it matter who voted for what? We need the largest number of serious repondents to come to agreement on a date. It's not pertinent WHO choses what dates.

The reason for the multiple choice in the past was there are people like me. I'd go pretty much anywhere. So should I have not voted? Or just picked my favorite? That is why multiple choice was important. It works out better with multiple choice in a sense, which is partially why this thread is the way it is. If I made a poll with ONE option to choose from, then we might have 15 different choices because people picked their BEST weekend and not ones they are available to do.
