Our leader shouldn't have to pay as he pays for this site. I know I am not the first to think of this, but I got his Paypal address from him!

Paypal is just a way of paying for something online. Often used by ebay junkies (that would be me). If u dont have an account with paypal I think when u log into the site they can deduct what amount u want to give from your visa card or whatever card u may have, and all u need to pay someone who uses paypal is their email details. Its pretty cool actually. Its just a safe way to deal with money online.
