DF Meet & Greet - Final Date Selection

Refer to this thread, mainly the first post, for further info: DF Meet and Greet - Vegas Dates

From the above thread I have taken the dates that had the highest turnout. Please select one of the above dates and when this poll is competed, it will be the final date for the first annual DF Meet and Greet (aka Gathering, aka Vacation, aka Trip.)

When selecting, keep in mind, price of the hotel, price of airline tickets (if needing to fly), temperature, etc.

Info: Some may wonder why I'm doing this earlier than scheduled (20 posts or the end of the month in the previous thread) and the reason is the numbers all lean towards a few dates. I have 17 people's input on the previous thread, and 3 more really wouldn't make much of a difference now. That, and I want to move to the next step, which is the crazy yet fun step, HOTEL SELECTION.

Oh yeah, also, I was due for a poll today, lol.

Long time no see guys, I had to vote for the June date, since I've got a child in school, and I don't trust a 14 year-old home alone for a week...

One date choice, the date that wins is the date it's set. So make your choice wisely and don't be influence by other people's votes. I did it this way because we already had the multi-option in the previous thread, and I know which 2 dates won that, so now this is just a final determination vote based off of the prior thread.

After this poll is done, then there will be the hotel discussion and determing how people want to handle that. If they want it to be a handle it yourself or a group thing to try to stay in the same place. If in the same place, that discussion will talk about possible places.

Then, once the hotel discussion is underway and to a good point, I'll create a poll on which hotels to choose based on how that topic goes.

Once that is all said and done we will have a When, a Where, a Why, a Who (although that could change) and all we need is a what, a What to do that is, and that will probably happen around December/January.

Jedi, I'm having a hard time picking one date because I can do all of them, there isn't any one that is honestly better than the other for me at this point, so whatever date is chosen is fine with me. It will still all depend on work but I do plan on going if possible, even though I haven't voted for any specific date!

Jen, I'll keep that in mind. Judging by all 3 polls/votes/threads I have had on a date and all talk, May 13 has worked out the best. I'm not officially closing htis off yet, was gonna give it a week or two, but it appears that most likely May 13 will be the week that's chosen. I think if this year is a success, that next year we'll definitely do it in the summer when school is out and somewhere on the east, either New York or Florida. I'd just like to move it around so everyone has a chance to attend.

I know for some one date is hard, but I've had other posts with dates on it and multi-choice. I could have based the entire gathering off of the winner for those, but the above dates all fall in the same range of nominations +/- 1 person. Yes, of the above, out of 17 people giving input, those all fell in the 13-15 range. So I had to take those out and make it a 1 vote only deal.
