I was born and raised in the North East of England.
From 1983 - 2005 I lived in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I have lived in the USA though for the last two years.

I'm from the UK, no fixed abode but currently in Southend. Loads of UK based help here though, you get much better advice than from a doctor!!
