For my mountain peeps

Hey anyone from Colorado? Lets get a mini-meet and greet going.
We could do it August 23rd, which is a Saturday in Longmont maybe?

The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?"
They're really saying "I love you"

Mike, that would be cool! I'd love to meet up with you, and I know Carwy would, too. There are some other members of this forum that we could perhaps coordinate something with as well. Looking forward to getting together!

Cool, cool. My exact dates in town are 16 Aug - 18 Aug. Even if we could just stop by & say hi, that would be great.

Will talk it over with my SO & see what my relatives in Boulder and Louisville have planned but breakfast is almost always open! Any good Turley's - like place in Longmont? My daughter is living there while going to CU and she loves being fed....

That would be really cool. Unfortunately, weekends don't work for me at all. That's the only time that I get to spend the whole day with my wife and kids. The wife works friday and saturday overnights as a nurse.

Imurphy, you said that you are in Parker/Franktown? I live in very southern Aurora. If I lived about a mile more south then I would live in Parker. Anyone else live in south Denver Metro?

Mike, if you do get the opportunity to meet up with Dew, Carwy, and (hopefully) Tim, I say go for it !!!!!! They are the greatest people I have ever met and I'm glad to call them close and wonderful friends.
