Hi,
I am new to this forum and I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes around 3 months back. I would like to get in touch with anybody to get some tips about living with type 2 diabetes.
Hope someone will respond.

Welcome to DF! If you have specific questions, please ask. There are lots of very knowledgeable folks on these forums.

You can learn a lot from reading the various threads, especially those marked "sticky" threads.

Ask away,,,there are lots of people here to help. Just keep in mind that your doc is the best person to talk to but you can get some good eating tips in this forum.

Think of your food as fuel, don't stuff yourself, stick to what nature gave you to eat, stay away from processed foods.
