MARD and CGMS

I'm looking at a chart comparing CGMS systems, and it talks about error using the Clark Error Grid, which I understand, but it also uses MARD when talkng accuracy. What's MARD? Google isn't helping much. All I found out was it's some Indian film name.

Can you show me a link to that info? If I see it in use maybe I could figure out. But none of the charts I show have anything about MARD on them.

My guess is...

MARE: Mean Absolute Relative Error

so then MARD woudl be.... Mean Absolute Relative Deviation?
