Lightbulb I have an extra Freestyle Freedom

Hey everyone!

I got a free Freestyle Freedom from the Diabetes Expo a couple of months ago that I don't need (already have a couple).

So, if there is a member here who is in need of this meter, please PM me. I'd be happy to throw in a box of 100 strips, since I have an overabundance of strips right now (don't tell my insurance company, please!)

I'd really like this to go to someone who is in real need, like the person who was asking for strips the other day (unfortunately I don't use those kind of strips), or someone without insurance. I believe this can be US residents only because the strips are different for outside of the US, right?

Okay, so my wanting to help someone out sounds like it has a lot of caveats, doesn't it...!

I've only been a member of this forum for a short while. I've never even posted anything, except a short introduction. I just started on the pump a week ago today. I've been diagnosed since June 1999. Anyway, I have the Medtronic MiniMed Pump Paradigm 722. They sent me a BD Logic Meter, but I understand that they will no longer be making the testing supplies shortly. I'm looking for a new pump and would greatly appreciate receiving your extra FreeStyle Freedom if you haven't already given it away. Thanks so much!

I'm sorry, it's already been spoken for.

Thanks!

Michelle, start a new thread or something so that if any other friends have extra supplies they can contribute.
Keep us posted.

Thanks for the idea! I’m (hopefully) going to start contributing more; however, I don’t get on the Internet everyday.
