MiniLink Transmitter - I've got it

When I got home yesterday there was a Purolator slip on my door saying there was a package for me to pick up. I didn't know what it could be so I went to Purolator this morning to pick it up and to my utter surprise it was the MiniLink Transmitter from Medtronic. I was told it would be months before I see it and yet here it is, in my hands. It's so small, especially compared to the last transmitter. Now, I'm not sure how this works and I need the trainer to come over and help me out. I just thought I'd share what I got though. I'll keep you posted with how it goes, whenever I get started.

Congradulations on the success with the Minilink. I will see my endo tommorow, hope to make the same announcement sooner than later.
After the CDE from Minimed stated they are seeing the AiC's dropping as much as 2% it is going to be hard to do without one.
Keep us updated on your experience with the new arrival.

Yes, it's much better than the original. The transmitter adhesive on the first gen device irritated the heck out of me. The new one being so small is great, allowing easier placement for me. Injecto, if you've been trained on the first one you don't need extra for the new one. It works the same way.

Nah, never had one before. This is all new to me and I don't want to throw away $50 for one sensor if I mess up.
