| | Not very good averages  . BUT - I had a bad week last week with a cold/asthma was on iv steroids (hydrocortisone) for a few days and now prednisolone. So there is a reason......

By the time I'm off pred those numbers will be on the way down again!

Go for my next AC1 on the 25th, be interesting to see how close the meter is to AC1.

10 unit Novolin N at night (stopped NPH)

not my best, but not too bad since i've had a cold/bronchitis the last couple of weeks.

Lower carb dieter (approx. 75 total carbs/day, more on weekends), taking chromium, multivitamin and fish oil tablets Initial A1C 8/06: 9.6
11/06: 6.2.
03/07: 5.3
06/07: 5.4
10/07: 5.3
05/08: 6.2 (right after dealing with shingles and bronchitis) |
