That's awesome! Now I can soon rid myself of the Paradigm Link meter for good! Or at least throw it in a drawer somewhere...

cool, that will be so much easier than getting out the cord and meter , just to upload the pump.

Sigh.
I'm still one of those people who doesn't like to put med info on the web. I'm hoping that when they come out w/new meter that it won't connect only to web-based system.

im not a MM customer but was curious about the technology

All the carelink stuff I find is about implanted defib machines

can someone post a link ?

You can join and upload your meter even without a Paradigm pump.

I highly doubt there's any risk of the info being "violated." But my thought is- so what if it is? I don't care if people look over my blood sugars or pump settings.

Carelink can be used just on your computer with out having to log in. You do have to register in order to download the software, but again you can use the program without login. I like the software. It's not perfect, but the best (so far) that I've found. Arthur

You aren't violated because when you click the accept button you authorize them to use your data in any way they choose. So they can use it to collect stats on males vs. females for blood sugar control and stuff like that.
