Alabama Medicaid no longer allows denial letters

I was hoping to start my 2nd year for the Abbott Diabetes program where you get your test strips...so I called Medicaid to get a new denial letter for this year. They told me that a lot of people filed Medicaid this year only to get denied from Medicaid and they will no longer allow people to file for Medicaid only to get denied.

My stand on this issue is that if you would allow adults 18 and older to apply for Medicaid, you wouldn't have to issue so many denial letters. I have one more person to talk to, though, since my case is kinda "special".

I count the days where all states will no longer issue denial letters for Medicaid and Abbott would lift the requirement of a Medicaid denial letter.
