Not a good day so far for me. 2 hrs. after breakfast I was 166, and now 2 hrs after lunch I'm 202.

Ok, I just checked . . . 69 (2 hours PP). That's why I love low-carb eating.

Just checked both me and a friend i'm keeping an eye on at the moment, we had dinner not long ago, maximum 1h ago... I'm at 7.8(140) and my friend (non-d, or non diagnosed at least) is at 9.9 (178)

Now i'm down to a nice 5.4(97) A bit more than 2h since dinner now. Tested my friend again and she's 8.3(143) now

Your friend realy needs to do a glucose tolerance test ... sounds like they are borderline diabetic/pre-diabetic ...

239!!!!!!!!! =o I need to change my basal to be higher in the morning because I ALWAYS go to the 200's after breakfast! I don't know how much t change it to???help?I meet with my doc next week so I've been kinda waiting for her but if I could now that would be amazing...any ideas? GRRRR

If it only happens after breakfast, adjusting your basal may not be a good idea ... try having a larger bolus ...

well I did my basal testing and my sugars go up to 200 as it gets closer to lunch...so from when I wake up I'm in the high 100's and then if I don't eat my blood gets higher and higher.

Then boosting the basal makes alot of sense.

Mines sky high but after an emergency dash to dentist I had a tooth pulled that wasnt suitable for root canal work

Not been able to eat since last night and so aint had meal insulin and sugars major high

i hope your tooth gets better soon. well your gum

i was 11.0 not long ago and had some lentils cuz i was a bit hungry. i had 4 units novorapid to to bring it down a little. also had my lantus.

i dont eat regular meals either lol but i always have dinner.
