| | i went hypo after dinner and i even had ice cream lol i didnt even feel it good job i tested..
but had my lantus now.
just keeping an eye on everything and this hot weather makes me have more hypos too grrrr

I did something stupid and I'm 281 or 15.6. That's a 2.4 unit correction for me, thank you. I had a cheeseburger and chocolate shake for lunch. I got to go out to lunch with my DH and splurged. I should have checked 2 hr PP. But I really enjoyed every last bite so I don't really care. Every once in a while it is worth it.

I have had a late night and woken up to 10.0 /180  So four or five hours later than I normally rise out of bed.  I normally have a 6 / 108 in mornings but I was late also the so called 24 hour insulin is not what I call a long lasting insulin.
So an early night for me.  |

(Just read the transcript of one of Dr. Bernstein's teleconferences yesterday, and he addressed exactly this issue.)
