Well, my bg is 251 and coming down. But it was my own fault. It was my mother in law's birthday tonight and I had a second helping of mashed potatoes and gravy.....I know, I have slapped my own wrist, and will do better tomorrow..... lol

just before lunch today i was 4.4 mmol/l (79 mg/dl).

whipped up some chicken breast, green beans and corn kernels for lunch. just a little bit of corn - but it will make my bgl rise.

right now im 10.5 but i only had my lunch less than an hour ago, 137 carbs.
