If I have this right that would be 6.0 across the pond. Thanks Dewey

I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?"
They're really saying "I love you"

08:30 - 15.3 - 250iu; 1500mg Glucophage; no food
11:00 - 11.4
12:30 - 9.8 - 250iu; lunch (sub - 50g Carb)
14:30 - 10.7 - 100iu
18:00 - 7.1 - snack (banana - 23g Carb)
21:00 - 10.6 - 250iu; (almost) Carb free dinner - plate of veg (peas, brocolli, carrots, cauliflower) and four rashers; (no more than 12g Carb in total)
23:00 - 7.6 -
** Was bold - between 23:00 and 00:30, snacked on 100g Crisps ... more-or-less pure carb **
01:30 - 16.3 - 250iu
** Going to bed, Humulin has a 4-hour absorption spectrum ... didn't want to go hypo
Today
08:30 - 12.2 - 250iu; 1500mg glucophage; no food
12:30 - 9.1 - 250iu; no food
14:30 - 6.5 - no food
16:30 - 4.2 - no food
17:30 - 3.8 - no food ... stable bg
hmm ... with 500iu of Humulin, 1500mg glucophage, and NO FOOD (4 large unsweetened, half-fat coffees/lattes) ... I can achieve normal BG.
I'm screwed. I gotta eat some time!
My body really can't cope with Carb, can it ??

| Conan I'm not a type 2 so have no experience but I do know that my doctors insist that regular meals are important for control.
I'm not nagging, just observing!
