Glucose Log Chart

I am in search of a chart for Glucose and carbs. My Doc wants me to turn in only 4 glucose readings per day but show carbs for each meal. I don't eat 3 square meals a day. I graze...

Does your monitor have the ability to download to your pc?

I have a bayer contour and I D/L to their software and it's sort of neat.

Yes it does. I test, then input the carbs to my pump and it figures my bolus w/ correction. My Doc does not like the print-out from the pump because it is hard to find trends.
