Liberty shorted me on my last shipment by 300 strips.

I called them and told them the issue. The overnighted me the 300 strips they shorted me by.

I got them the next day.

Then I got them the next day after that, too.

They sent the 300 strips they shorted me by twice. I called them and told them that, and they told me it's their fault, keep the extra 300 strips as this all happened because of their mistake.

Wow Wilfred Brimley does get you your supplies cheaper than anywhere else!

I got 500 free strips from Freestyle when I got the new meter and told them I still had 500 strips for the Flash. They said they would replace my Flash strips. Ok....I failed to tell them that I got a new Flash from a DF member.

Wilfred must be pretty busy in the back room with the tape and boxes trying to get all of those strips out. He's obviously on a mission!

It's nice to see that there are some companies who take responsibility for mistakes (and anyone can make a mistake) and not only that act to correct the mistake quickly.
