| | | log book I know my meter has the memory and I have the program that shows graphs and all but I don’t have a printer to print the reports off. And I cannot download the program at work to use these printers. Does anyone know if there is a website that has blank logbooks that I can print off.... the log books that the doctors give me aren’t big enough to write in. Thanks |

| | I know that there are sources online, although I don't know them. Try www.diabetesnet.com - they may have some resources.
I have a record that was originally created by my CDE, and I have customized it to my needs/testing times & insulin. It's on a regular sheet of paper 8.5"x11" and one sheet covers one whole week. Guess I'm old fashioned, I like it written down. I can scan it and email it to you if you'd like a peek.

| | Hi Jared,
Here's a Minimed downloadable (PDF) daily logbook. You can (line) graph sugars as well as record foods you eat, CHO, insulin intake and other info. (If not mistaken, page sizes are standard 8.5x11): Minimed Daily logbook
I'm also throwing in the CWD website, because it looks like you can download some logbooks there as well: Children With Diabetes
Hope these help.
Cin, do you happen to have the site? I couldn't find it, and thought maybe I entered my search wrong. Thanks!
Dew

| | | Wow, I like Minimeds log book page. That has a lot of good info, but I would need a binder just to hold a week! It reminds me of my peek flow chart (asthma) which has been just as neglected as my glucose log. If you like the book that came with your meter you can call them and order more. Also, therasense.com and accu-chek.com both have good online programs.
Here is an excellent collection of log book pages.

PS You may have to type the addy in. When I tried to access it by clicking on here, it wouldn't work correctly.
Hmmm.......

| | | Many times you can change your log files or save them as a text file or spreadsheet. You should be able to print that at work. Also, why no printer at home? just curious... |

| | | do you have Sam's Club up there? I don't know if Cosco has it, but they have an HP 3in1 printer/scanner/fcopier machine for $88! It's an awesome printer. I've had mine for almost a year now, no problems with it whatsoever. I even made a copy of a car title before selling once and it turned out just like the original.
I have also seen a small printer at Walmart for only $29, and it too was an HP. do yourself a favor, though, and stay away from the Lexmark printers, I and others I know have had problems with them.

I know it's a long webpage address, but it's for the printer I was talking about. It sells for $70 now! |
