| | | Chart for keeping up
I recently came across a chart I like but had to make modifications to it. When I took it to the doctor he liked it as well since you can lay them out side by side on a table and look at the trends. He know has his copy of it and I am sure hands it out!  Wanted to share it with you. If you for some reason can't get it to copy/print like you would like PM me and I will send it to you in an email.

| | I use the blank part to put in any information that may help explain why the numbers are either up or down or in my case somedays erratic...like last night when I forgot to bolus for some hot cocoa

It's nice to see that some of y'all are doing this the correct way
I'm afraid, however, if I became that organized my wife would be convinced that the "Pods" had replaced me.

LOL RZR... I only keep a chart 2 weeks prior to the visit...or when I need to see what is going on. I just hated the books and the other charts I have been given . This one makes the most sense to me and I modified it for me so it better make sense..

| Basal is the insulin you inject/pump to maintain your baseline. Bolus is what you inject/pump to cover carbs taken in or to bring you back to proper baseline.
