Ugh.. Frustrated

Ugh.. I'm frustrated. I got a new computer less than a month ago and just learned that there is no software compatible with the OneTouch Ultra Mini. So I have no way of downloading my meter readings or clearing my meter. I'm able to get into my doctor in an hour and I'll have her switch my meter.. now I have to figure out what one to switch to.

Thank you for listening..
Chris

yes there is but you have to buy it from one touch.
Personally I think that's outrageous.

I was just on the phone with OneTouch customer care and there is no software compatible with Windows Vista. I asked if they will be coming out with any compatible software and she said not for the 64 bit version of Windows Vista which I have.

And VISTA is about to replaced with 7!?! Luddites.

I've heard it is pretty primitive software anyhow. Hope your insurance covers other strips nicely!

Funny the site doesn't say anything about Vista.
Sorry for the bum lead
