Irritated with LifeScan

Somehow during moving my purple UltraMini disappeared. I tried calling them today to see if I could get a replacement at no cost. I have tried to find one but nobody carries purple. I even was supposed to get a coupon from some Healthy Outcomes points I redeemed and they never sent it. So I called them today and it was a no go. I can't fit my UltraSmart in my uniform pocket, it's too bulky. The Mini would be perfect. It looks like I might be switching back to my Freestyle. It's smaller and fits, and with the Promise Program my strips are cheaper. I hate to give up my UltraSmart, but if my work meter uses different strips, it's no good to me.
