I am very new to being diagnosed but I must confess....

I have never tested after eating anything!

I figure the amount of prescriptions I'm taking and the healthy foods I consume (zero processed food, no sweets that are not sugar free except tiny pieces of fresh fruit) keep my BS in tolerable limits.

My wakeup BS now ranges 75-90. Its all I can report on bs.

Average BG: 89 mg/dl

Lowest: 44

Highest: 164, but this was taken less than an hour after eating when I noticed my sensor readings dropped really low and I figured it was impossible. I did want to check, just to be sure. Turned the sensor off to avoid a lot of false lows in my report and restarted it later.

My numbers were everywhere between that 44 & 164 so I don't really stay in one range for long periods of time. Still, I didn't have any real extreme swings over the past 7 days. I have far fewer lows in the 40s now that I use a CGMS and don't often go above 180, because I can catch the highs & lows sooner and take action.

I haven't been logging at all lately, but mostly cos the pancreas dragon has been very quiet...
from memory last few weeks.. fastings have been 4.7- 5.6
more than a couple of lows in the 3.6 area one 2.6 that I didn't feel till the last moment and a 9.8 after a party feast (slow one climbed up in the 3rd hour)

other than that I have been happily boring!

Joel, these numbers look good. I'm not going to post my last 7 days because they have been so out of whack due to a steroid injection this past Wednesday.

According to my Minimed pump reading, my daily average for the last 15 days is 89. Hi 125 lo 61. Not bad. Like Soso said, happily boring. I like that state.

7-day average: 94

Lowest: 71 (at 5 a.m. this past Sunday)

Highest: 117 (yesterday morning, a half-hour after I chanced a snack with 6 grams of sugar in it--it was a nut butter bar having over half of its calories as fat, and 4 grams of fiber; fortunately, BG declined promptly after that). Highest reading except for that was a 111 (only two readings in the past week over 110).

Most common: I'd say readings in the 85-100 range. I tend to bounce around in there.

Don't worry Susan we don't all have numbers like what is above. I do my best but I doubt I will ever have a week with no highs

I might post my averages later to give a different spectrum. Not that I am doing poorly but I do have some numbers I don't like.

I misread my info on SugarStats. My MORNING average over the past 7 days has been 94, my average BG has been 92.
