I am new here for a few months and should read more not doing all that great since on byetta and metformin 1000 er 2 x a day am so sick all the time

my question is I am testing before and after meals and before bed

My BS was 109 2 hours after I ate but 2 hours later it was 145 I thought BS went down if you did not eat?

But the good thing is that the byetta is making me not eat woo have lost 13 lbs this month but I think its mostly fluid but I will take anything I can get...

I do wake up at 4 am starving and try not to eat and stay up a bit adn try to back to sleep,, and eat later,,, I am so messed up
