Labwork and daily BG forms

Here's a few handy forms I use to track and record progress.
Makes it easier to printout and review with all your doctors.
PM me if you want the original Excel file to customize.
Also have one for SI Units.
Remember to verify the ranges and units as labs differ.
All values are fictional to illustrate highlighting.
