Somewhere in the 40,s about 2 weeks ago. Broke out in a sweat real bad, I swear I even thought my hair was sweating. Unfortunately this is a side effect of radiation treatment to but my son made me do the bg test. A lesson well learned. My highest around 350 which made me drink so much water I was amazed. Still learning.

    lowest - 38
highest - 445 (the day I was diagnosed)

I can't imagine going above 400. I start feeling pretty bad at 300. How do you feel at anything above 500?

45/330. And yes, that 45 was without any meds. Right after my first OGTT. I almost passed out.

Well, I'm assuming I was living at 500+ for a few months before diagnosis, and then I lived over 400 for a few months during the end of my misdiagnosis, so I can only say: you get used to it. Nowadays, spikes like that (if they happen at all) are sudden and go away. When you LIVE like that, you just... are. You're tired a lot, and thirsty a lot, and sometimes the lights are too bright, but if it doesn't get currently worse, virtually everything can be chalked up to overwork, a virus, etc. It's surprisingly easy.

Nowadays, I want to puke if I hit 250. Yet I lived 6 months with terrible sensitivity to any light, which seems to only exist for me over 400 (a number I've only seen ONCE since going on insulin, thank the gods.)

Highest: 495 at diagnosis (I really hadn't eaten in a while either because I had pancreatitis so I assume I was even higher than that)
