Bike Ride
Breakfast: 2eggs, cheese, 1 piece of sausage, water
1.5hrs:144 better than the last two days
Snack: 3 squares of 88% choc., almond butter and one carrot
Lunch:egg salad, salad, water
1.5hrs: 128 better than yesterday
Snack: 3 squares of choc., almond butter one carrot
Dinner: Homemade chicken soup from the crockpot, chicken, mushrooms, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper, broccoli, carrot, celery, and water (forgot the onion, oh well)
1.5hrs:164 (forgot to put the extra snack of a cracker down, I think that's what did it, the crackers I eat are like 3x5 card size, usually I only eat a half of one, but I ate a whole one)
Snack: handful of cashews
