101 this morning. Ate some strawberries and blueberries with whipped cream last night and watched my numbers jump 30 points. Good reminder that the tiger is still in there! I'll take a 101 but I liked the 90's better

88 this morning...not bad considering I ate a bit much las tnight at dinner, then had a snack just before bed which usually elevates me the next morning. The only good thing is the snack was walnuts which tend to lower my bg a bit plus I gardened all day yesterday so I am sure the extra exercise elped.
