Thought I'd celebrate my good a1c last night with some drinking apparently Irish Whiskey is NOT a good substitute for bourbon on the BG numbers.

Exercise-- 7 days a week but trying to keep it varied. Raquetball, biking, walking with Rocky and now a little lifting

97 - new morning low for me even if its just by one point! My DP seems to be resolving - the last week my numbers have dropped a bit lower overall, and I am not seeing the wild morning spikes. In the last 4 or 5 days I have only had a handful of readings above 120. I haven't changed what I was doing, so I guess my body is still adjusting to metformin and the lack of carbs.
