Two mornings in a row! wowser!
I waited an hour to retest still fasting and it was a whopping 89!!!!
500 mgs of Metformin nightly but forogot it last night!
was feeling a bit shaking during the hour to retest.
I dont normally retest but was curious if it was going to go up to the usual 100 anyways.
I guess i'm NOT use to waking up to such a low number! wow! i'm so happy!
70!!!!!???????
wow! I would feel dead at 70 because I almost felt that way at 83!
Had some anxiety stuff going on when I was at 83 this a.m.

I use to live in Mason city..I miss Iowa and want to move back but my husband wont go

Dx prediabetic 02/08 (FBG 127 and 123), A1c 6.5
So far, controlled without meds.
