one touch ultrasmart

anyone know how to reset this meter?? i want to reset my log book and start fresh

Power and enter buttons together to enter the special mode to program the time of day, etc. Not sure about resetting the log...

In the owners book page 99 -103.
PUSH THE ! BUTTON
SELECT LOGBOOK
USE the ARROW BUTTONS TO SELECT ENTRIES
PRESS OK to EDIT or DELETE

Think there is an option when you upload to your PC to erase the log in the meter.

that doesnt get rid of the glucose redings you take with the meter they are like perminately stored in there

Download the pump software from lifescan and use it to clear the meter (assuming you have the cable). I've done this to clear out all of the reading in the meter before.

thanks for the response...i dont have the cable, well i did but it went faulty, im going to take it apart and have a look at it.
