Im immune to caffeine... There are some that makes their BS spike like cake! lol

| | | I always test before having coffee, and because I prefer it on the light side, using light cream and one equal, I have to bolus at least a unit of insulin. Otherwise, it will raise me at least 30 points. |

| | | Usually it's the cafeine that does it. Cafeine increases the levels of stress hormones, which increase insulin resistance. And that makes the blood sugar goe up.
