Does accidently jabbing yourself with an unprotected lancet count? It went all the way in, and it hurt!

I don't think I've done it with the UltraSoft but I've done it with others. I really hate removing the cap to take the lancet out and sticking myself that way, or trying to put the cap back on a needle after taking an injection and sticking myself in a finger instead. That seems to hurt the most since I'm usually pushing the cap with a lot of force.
