I find that even using cinnamon in my oatmeal in the morning lowers my sugar. I am fighting high levels every since I had a heart cath 3 week ago. Man I've been maxed out on the metformin 2000 mg/day. Recently started back on chromium and using cinnamon. I see a difference already. Cut back to 1500 mg or metformin. I'm going to try the time released cinnamon and see if that helps. I also hear that vanadium helps like cinnamon.
