How to lower high blood pressure

Hi Group,

Do you know of supplements, or anything to lower high blood pressure in general.
What you eat or you don't eat, Like drinking decaffeinated coffee & sodas.

Or any over the counter meds.

I read that high blood pressure also affects the pressure of the eyes. Is this true?

Yes, don't have children! Sorry, I have had a bad day. My husband's doctor told him to eat fruit and nuts, and high fiber foods, such as oatmeal and to quit smoking. He lowered his BP some by doing that, but didn't make a big difference until he started taking a pill for it.

I don't smoke & I don't add salt to my food.
& have reduced my caffeine consumption.

My BP is about 137/82 it's not very high.
Yesterday it was 129/78 but I still want to know if any people
here on the Forums have any other ideas to lower it.

Thanks for the replies.
