| My Father-in-law was recently started on Januvia (he already takes metformin) and found that has helped with reducing his numbers which had started creeping upwards. I'm assuming Janumet is metformin/Januvia combo. You'll have to let us know how it works for him. Keep in mind it can take a few days to reach optimal results.
