| | | Actos and t1?? My last A1c was crappy, so the DR decided to put me on 15mg of Actos a day, with my insulin.
Any t1's on this?

I was bummed out over mine going up to 7.8. I feel your pain kiddo. Hang in there. We will work together to get both of our A1C's down.

| | | My A1C was crappy also and my DR put me on 45mg of actos. I have noticed a difference and i am headed back to my DR today after a month of taking actos to see how well it helped me out! My main BS prob is in the morning. I can go to bed with a BS of 89-120 but wake up w/ a BS of 200 of more????? I just want to pull my hair out when i check my BS in the morning!!!!!!! |

| | Actos and not metformin? I didn't think Actos did anything for Type 1s. I know it didn't do anything for me except make me gain weight.

| | | They tried me on metformin a couple years back for the PCOS, and all it did was give me major reactions to insulin... ick
