Low Intensity Laser Therapy

Was just doing some reading about Alternative Diabetes treatments and was noticing that low intensity laser treatments can aid people with diabetes with neuropathies, leg ulcers, reduced blood flow to extremities and even cure some type 2's. Has anyone had any experience with these lasers other than me? I had them used on my shoulder after a car accident and it helped to take the pain away at the time.
I've just seen several type 2's with purple legs and feet and
blisters about to pop and was wondering if these lasers would restore blood flow and get those legs back to a normal color.
