I drink at least one cup of sage tea daily during cold and flu season it helps to keep the respiratory track open. Also use a lot of garlic in my food. It lowers the cholestrol and is a natural antibotic!

The last I saw was a summerization of studies conducted in the past 5 or so years that concluded some studies indicated cinimon (no matter which actual plant it came from) seemed to lower resistance and cholesteral levels and in others it had no effect. Not enough evidence was availabel to make a recomendation for or against it's medicinal use. There fore if it is enjoyed as part of a person's normal diet its use should continue but it should not be added to a deit for therputic reasons.

So good I will continue to use to help control my sweet cravings and not worry about it helping any other way. I think that is what it was helping with most anyway.
