Harmony Study

I have been reading some of the correspondence here. I am in my 13th week of the study. I have just completed my 4 injection since I have been randomized into the phase 3 of the study. Since it is a double blind study the only thing I know for sure that I have is that the metformain and the Amaryl are real for sure. The second pill and the injection may or may not be real. But at this point in time I am very sure that one of both are for real. I have noticed a major drop off of my sugar levels and a drop in my A1C numbers. This are harder to see big results as they test the A1C every 4 weeks right now so changes will be small for a while. But my daily reading are significantly lower. My AM readings for 10 years have always been very high and are always higher than my bedtime readings. Now the bedtime and the AM readings are very similar. My readings throughout the day generally appear to now always be in the normal range and readings in the 80's and 90's is common rather than very rare.

As for side effects. I have had none that I am aware of. The only thing I do have an issue with s that no matter how much exercise and cardio I do I have not been able to lose more than 3 lbs since I started this program. So maybe the side effect is that I cannot lose weight. The other ting that I have noticed is that for first 2-3 days after the weekly injection, my sugar levels are lower than than the few days before the injection.
