Calorie King/Balsamic vinegar

I have tried this and it didn't go, one more time. Sorry if it repeats.

Someone said no balsamic vinegar--why not? Thought it was good for you.

2nd one--Does anyone know where you can get the small version of Calorie King --like pocket size?

I tolerate balsamic vinegar w/o problems, but i'm sure it does have a little sugar in it. Try it and see how it works for you. I generally just dip my tines of the fork in the dressing, then pick up my lettuce. The Balsamic vinaigarette dressing from "Newman's Own," has 5 carbs/serving.

Also, I got the pocket-sized Calorie King book from Borders recently for $8.99.

Balsamic is a very overused term, many times referring to something that isn't anything more than regular vinegar spiked with food coloring and caramel.
That being said .. forget Calorie king or any of the rest, read the label for the bottle you plan on using ...
... which IMNSHO is a good idea for almost everything, companies are changing their formulations left and right to save money
