| Yes I'm feeling it too! I was having pretty bad reactive hypoglycemic symptoms, especially AFTER drinking coffee, even black or with just a dab of cream, no sugar at all. That's when I knew coffee was probably going to be a no-no. I miss it so much. I've tried that teecino, or whatever it's called, and it's not too bad actually. But even thought that's no caffeine, I want to make sure that's not messing with my blood sugar levels either, so next time I drink it I'm going to do it upon waking with no food and then test my blood sugar 30 and 60 minutes after drinking it. |
