| I know that my blood sugar can vary greatly during and after workouts, with many variables affecting things. As a pre-D, it may be more informative for you to focus simply on your 2 hour after meal readings and your morning fasting.
If I eat nothing with low blood sugar and I exercise with weights, my blood sugar can rise significantly (beyond 150). If I eat before exercising and do slower cardio I can make myself hypoglycemic. Go figure.
