Pump on hold... Again...

Ok, well, looks like I have to wait AGAIN for my pump...

This time my DE is sick... and work are hesitant to give me more time off right now (and Fair Enough, too!!!)... so it looks like I have to wait until after Christmas... Sigh...

Thumbs down

Sheesh....Your health is more important than some sick DE....don't they have another one or a sub you can go to!?

This is getting ridiculous, honestly....

I was going to ask "what in the he** for,!?" but you already had answered that part....

Your pump start was just around the corner.

Awww that sucks. I'd try asking them if there is anyone else that can help you with it. Good luck!

That does stink ... I know you must be anxious to get started- I would see if there is anyone else available to train you. I don't think it hurts to ask.

If not, hang in there. You'll be pumping soon enough

Yeh, it is frustrating and disappointing...

BUT, tbh...

I dont think I'm in the right headspace atm, I have a lot going on and don't know if I can handle the change...

As they say in Canadian Hockey - suck it up princess!

Either way you have to address those highs. It will make you feel better, and you'll feel better about yourself.

Awww!!! 2high I'm so sorry to hear this about the pump and also the headspace. Hey Aussie Chick, keep the chin up and fight it. I know you can do it. There is a way around this so, go find it, I know you can.

Bummer, sorry to hear about the delay! Chin up young lady.

I had to wait about 3-months of battling my Ins Co, but I finally got one. I was calling my CDE every week and she was like "not yet Jeff.....".

Try getting your office to assign someone else and we will keep our fingers crossed. You can hold out. In the mean time, you can practice your carb counting and problem solving skills. What FUN!

A few of us "know some people" and we can send some guys over there to have a "chat" with them!
