I like how you logged all your readings, pretty neat. I can't believe how good your glucose levels were ! I'd like to know how you made a log, can I make one using the mm 722 ?

| | Here is a copy of my worksheet I print it out on both sides of the paper, fold it and carry it with me in my case. It is an Excel program but I do write it out by hand. I used to type it but got lazy. My endo accepts it this way. Anyone feel free to save it and use it if you can. Attachment 2096 | I had a chart like that but stopped using it because I wanted to be able to get pre-/post- meal averages. This chart allows me to do that, and have more than one reading per time slot. |
