When I read peoples fears of pumps being restrictive, I always think of Toby Petersen, NHL hockey player. Not only does he pump, but he wears it on the ice!
Thx for the story link, I didn't know about him being diabetic. I wonder if he has problems with the set coming out from perspiration? Being a pro hockey player I would think this would be an issue...
Bobby Clarke could've used this eh?...but then in the 70's I guess he did what he knew worked?
My son, who is 6, plays lots of sports like baseball, soccer, ice hockey and he also does karate with his pump on. Haven't had any problems yet. We just test him frequently.
