Stupid Mail Order Places Never Get it Right

Got my shipment from Liberty today. I now have some paradigm sets on hand for when I get my 522. No reservoirs though. No sil-serter either. *sigh*

Did you check the order slip and see if they are backordered?

Yeah...wasn't on the order slip. I shall call tomorrow.

The thought of having supplies for 2 pumps...overwhelming. I already have "where to put everythingitis."

I need to take a tally so I stop over ordering. I seriously need not fear losing insurance cause I think I may never need to order again.

A sil-serter? And I've been shoving silhouettes in manually?

I have helped kids at camp with silhouettes, with and without the serter... Having used them before quick sets, the serter scares the **** out of me... maybe it isnt so bad though

Don't even get me started on mail order Rx's funny. I have NOTHING but trouble with Express Scripts. I would give anything to go back to the good ol fashioned pharmacy.

Liberty is owned by Medco now so you can blame it on all those Vegas Nazi's because that's where they run their crappy operations from. They'll just blame it on the heat though, saying their RPH's are overworked.

I was just telling Hubby that......the supplies by mail thing is getting to be a real pain! I started that stupid 30 day log, to prove to my insurance co. that I am actually testing 6 times a day and that it is necessary. What do they think we want to do with these test strips?

They think we will get them through insurance and then sell them on Ebay.
The people who do that make it harder on the rest of us to get what we need.

Geeze, I am not devious enough. I never even thought of that. Bad idea.

It would never occur to me either! I thought they must think we enjoyed sticking our fingers numerous times a day. Why hasn't someone come up with a cheaper way to do this......you know someone, somewhere has figured it out.

Getting prescriptions filled through the mail is a major pain in the butt for me. They gave me a fax number for the doctor's office to fax the prescriptions to. They never get them. Once, the office faxed the prescriptions five times over two days. The pharmacy says they never got them. I picked up the prescriptions and mailed them in. Of course, they never got them. Now, I pay close to $6.00 to send the prescriptions by priority mail, WITH a tracking number and return receipt and now that I can prove they get the prescriptions, they do.
