Does anyone on here use this company? I found out today that they are a contracted third party for my pumping supplies. Can anyone tell me anything about them?

They send my husband's supplies. He's been pumping since Aug. 2006. We've had no problems at all. They are very timely and call if there is anything that is out of order.

I've been useing them for 2.5 years. They're a contactor for my insurance too. I've never had a problem with them. If I need something all I do is call them they get the approval and send me testing and pump supplies (not insulin). They've been very responcive when my needs have changed.

I just had to reply.

I have had an awful time with CCS Medical. They sent me test strips, which I told them I didn't want. I find them very aggressive. I am not pleased with this company at all.

Not sure if I'm just the unlucky one, but I'm switching to another company for my test supplies.

I've been using them for years for my testing supplies and insulin (pump supplies I get directly from Minimed), and never an issue.

With insulin, just call when I get to the last bottle, and it's taken care of an sent quickly in a refrigerated package. And for supplies, I'm on a 3 month plan matched to what I specifically use, they send a card beforehand saying what will be coming and if I want to make any adjustments to that, then I get it, and go about my merry way.

Just got an order this week that, for the first time, was a bit off, but called and in 5 minutes had the other items I did need on their way with a return label to put on some of the items sent I didn't need.

So, yep, recommend them, at least as far as testing supplies and insulin.
