Sof-set Ultimate QR Infusion Set

Ok, bear with me as I ask yet another one of my stupid questions.
I was given some of these sets to try out but I'm not sure how they work. Can anyone point me somewhere that will tell me how to put these sets in or tell me how to do it? They look intimidating but I want to at least give them a try. They seem so much more difficult to insert than the Cleo's that I have been using.
Edit............
Just thought I had better ask this too. These will work with my Cozmo, right??

I think I'll start of with that and a negative as far as I can tell. Look at the connector, is it a twist or a snap in? Sof-Sets are a MM infusion set and I'm not aware of them having two kinds of connections.

As for how to insert...it's recommended to use a Sof-serter. More info on them can be found here...

I opened one up Kev and the end that goes on the reservoir looks exactly like the one on my Cleo's.
From what I gather from the site, it seems that it just simply goes in and the needle comes out. Looks fairly simple.

Well...................
I took the plunge today and inserted one of these sets. Not painful at all and everything seems ok. No high bgs (knock on wood). I even did it without a serter.
I put it in my thigh area. First ever set there. Decided my abdomen area needed a break.

Good news on the serter-free trial and the new site. Very brave indeed!

Glad it worked.
I have some of them that MM sent me to try, I think I have used one. I might have to try a thigh site soon and see how they do.
